Top notch after sales service by the team at City Tiles and Bathrooms. They sourced a part damaged on installation and replaced it free of charge. Great communication along the way. Would highly recommend.

Really friendly staff and very knowledgable, and helpful!

Very professional and timely service. After much research, I found city tiles had the best prices, choice, quality and customer service. I dealt with Mike and he couldn't do enough for me. Everything was tailored to my needs. Ive tiled my bathroom, kitchen and utility. Very happy overall. I wont be going anywhere else.

Great experience, loads of information provided in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend

I've used City Tiles and Bathrooms (Dublin) a couple of times to source bathroom furniture and tiles. Always a pleasure to deal with; great range, staff are really helpful, prices are good. Most recently I was having trouble with a part in my concealed shower, which I'd bought back in 2018 from them. These parts are very specific to the individual shower (it was a flow cartridge) but they sourced a replacement part quickly. Matthew was really responsive to all of my contacts and I'm happy to say that the new part fixed the issue. Many thanks . 100% recommend

There are no words! Lenny, Matthew and all the staff were second to none! Not one single thing was an issue and I plagued them for months with stuff I needed. Anyone I came in contact with in city tiles was polite, helpful and courteous!! We have highly recommend City tiles bathroom to anyone who will listens!!

I had a really positive experience at City Tiles and Bathrooms.I found their products to be of really good quality and value for money. What impressed me was the layout of the show room and the customer service in particular from Matthew. We visited the showroom on many occasions before we made our purchases and at each visit all the staff were really helpful. Also the delivery service was excellent, arrived at scheduled time and it was a huge help getting all our bathware safely into our home by Johnny (the delivery driver). I would definitely recommend City Tiles and Bathrooms

I bought the tiles and bathroom accessories for our new build in the limerick shop. I can highly recommend for quality and service. I dealt with John, he is very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with this buisness

Excellent customer service and knowledge from Lenny, willing to go over and above to help with your requirements. Would highly recommend.

Great service from the team. The lads went above and beyond in the job from start to Finish . Next job is the kitchen will definitely return .

I went to the city tiles and bathroom in Dublin, Lenny was absolutely amazing with showing us all the tile options, he was super helpful and knew his stuff and helped us pick out the right tiles without making it stressful or overwhelming. Highly recommend.

All staff are very helpful,The trade counter has a great range of tools and the showroom has a great selection of high quality tiles and bathware. They make running a bathroom renovation buisness that bit easier.
