Nationwide Delivery Across Ireland

At City Tiles & Bathrooms, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of customer service.

Unlike many online retailers, the majority of our deliveries are completed using our own dedicated delivery team and vehicles. This allows us to provide a more reliable service and ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

In certain circumstances, such as smaller parcels, remote locations, supplier-direct shipments, or specific product types, we may use a trusted third-party courier service to complete the delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
  • Special order or made-to-order products may require additional lead times.
  • Delivery lead times may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.
  • Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Should there be any delay with your order, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

For larger deliveries including tiles, baths, furniture, and palletised goods, additional delivery charges may apply where necessary.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Adequate access is available for larger items.
  • Goods are inspected upon arrival.

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported to City Tiles & Bathrooms within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs where applicable.

We offer FREE Click & Collect on all eligible orders from any of our four branches.

Once your order has been prepared, our team will contact you to confirm it is ready for collection.

How Click & Collect Works

  1. Place your order online or with a member of our team.
  2. Select Click & Collect at checkout.
  3. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
  4. Visit your chosen branch and collect your order.

Please do not travel to collect your goods until you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Collection Requirements

  • Bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
  • Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the products collected.
  • Tiles, baths, furniture, and large bathroom items can be heavy and may require a larger vehicle or trailer.

Our team will assist with loading where possible; however, responsibility for securing products during transport remains with the customer.

Important Information

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Orders containing special-order items may be delayed until all products are available.
  • Deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address.
  • We reserve the right to use third-party couriers where required due to location, product type, supplier-direct dispatches, or other logistical circumstances.
