If your order has not yet been dispatched or specially ordered, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please contact your branch as soon as possible.

Special-order products cannot usually be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier.

Many stocked items can be taken away immediately, subject to availability. Larger orders, palletised tile orders, and certain bathroom products may require preparation or transfer from our warehouse.

Yes. Returns may be accepted provided:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
• The products are unused and uninstalled.
• Items remain in their original packaging.
• The goods are in a resaleable condition.
• The return has been approved by City Tiles & Bathrooms.

Yes. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Yes. Returns with a value greater than €250 must be approved by the relevant Branch Manager before being accepted.

No. Special-order, made-to-order, clearance, discontinued, custom-cut, or ex-display products cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used when making the purchase.

For security purposes, refunds for card transactions can only be issued to the original payment card used for the purchase. The card must be presented when the refund is processed.

Any damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery. Photographs may be required to assist with the claim.

We recommend allowing approximately 10% extra for cuts, wastage, and future repairs. More complex layouts may require additional wastage.

Yes. Tiles are manufactured in batches and slight variations in shade, texture, pattern, and size can occur between batches. We recommend ordering all required quantities at the same time.

Surplus tiles may be accepted for return within 30 days, subject to approval, resaleable condition, and the standard 20% restocking charge.

Yes. We stock a wide range of outdoor porcelain paving and patio tiles suitable for Irish weather conditions.
