Price Match Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At City Tiles & Bathrooms, we’re committed to offering great value. If you’ve found the same product at a lower price from another genuine Irish retailer, we’ll do our best to match or beat it wherever possible.

Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the following terms:

• The product must be identical, including the brand, model, size, colour, finish and specification.
• The competitor must be an authorised Irish retailer with the item currently in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable by our team at the time of your request.
• Price matching applies to the competitor’s advertised product price only and excludes delivery charges, installation costs and any additional service fees.
• The product must be available for delivery or collection within Ireland.
• Price Match requests must be submitted before an order is placed. Once an order has been placed, paid for or processed, we are unable to apply a Price Match or refund the difference.
• We do not price match clearance, liquidation or closing-down sales, auction websites, marketplace sellers (including Amazon Marketplace and eBay), trade-only suppliers, pricing errors, damaged, refurbished or ex-display products, or exclusive member-only offers.
• Promotional voucher codes, cashback offers, finance promotions, bundle deals, loyalty rewards and gift card promotions are not eligible for price matching.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products eligible for a Price Match.
• We reserve the right to refuse any Price Match request where the competitor’s price cannot be verified or where the request falls outside these terms and conditions.
• The final decision on all Price Match requests rests with City Tiles & Bathrooms.
