Best Price Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At City Tiles & Bathrooms, we’re committed to offering great value. Although we regularly review and update our prices, we’re only human and may occasionally miss a lower price. Therefore, if you find the same product at a lower price from a genuine Irish retailer, we’ll do our best to match or beat it whenever possible.

Our Best Price Guarantee is subject to the following terms:

• The product must be identical, including the brand, model, size, colour, finish and specification.
• The competitor must be an authorised Irish retailer and have the item in stock for immediate purchase.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and our team must be able to verify it at the time of your request.
• We only match the competitor’s advertised product price. Therefore, delivery charges, installation costs and additional service fees are excluded.
• The product must be available for delivery or collection within Ireland.
• You must submit your Price Match request before placing your order. Once we process or pay for an order, we cannot apply a Price Match or refund the difference.
• We do not match clearance, liquidation or closing-down sales, auction websites, marketplace sellers (including Amazon Marketplace and eBay), trade-only suppliers, pricing errors, damaged, refurbished or ex-display products, or member-only offers.
• We also exclude promotional voucher codes, cashback offers, finance promotions, bundle deals, loyalty rewards and gift card promotions.
• We may limit the quantity of products eligible for a Price Match.
• We may refuse a request if we cannot verify the competitor’s price or if it does not meet these terms and conditions.
• City Tiles & Bathrooms has the final decision on all Price Match requests.
